This is the fullest disciplinary record any register on this site has produced. California does not merely say “yes”. It prints a status history with dates, names both case numbers, records when charges were filed as well as when discipline landed, and lists five State Bar Court documents, each linked. We corrected ourselves on this: our Massachusetts page called that state’s register the only one that links a decision. California links five, and did so first. We did not read the documents, so nothing here describes the conduct — only what the register publishes, and where the rest of it lives.

Note what the Bar’s own removal notice does not cover. It says some administrative suspensions — unpaid fees, missed education — are removed from display. These are disciplinary, and they are still here twenty-three years into his career. California hides some housekeeping. It does not hide this.Verified
